A Kentucky straight bourbon from 2XO, the project of blender Dixon Dedman, built around his “Two Times Oak” approach, where mature whiskey is re-barreled in new charred oak to deepen the profile.

It leans into classic bourbon territory, just pushed a little further. Caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak come first, followed by baking spice, brown sugar, and a touch of char. There’s a warmth that builds through the palate, with the extra oak showing more as structure and depth than overt sweetness.
