Caribbean rum, spiced and bottled in England by Ableforth’s.
Built in a more traditional vein, with Madagascan vanilla, orange peel, cinnamon, clove, and cardamom layered into the base spirit. It opens bright and aromatic—citrus oil and sweet spice—before settling into deeper notes of marmalade, toffee, and dark sugar, with a slightly resinous, almost cola-like edge.
Full-bodied and softly textured, with a measured sweetness and a bit of lift from the 42.6% ABV. The finish leans warm and spiced, with lingering vanilla, citrus peel, and a subtle bitter undercurrent.
