White Oak Distillery is one of Japan’s oldest family-run distilleries. This is designed to be an approachable sipping whisky with its malty citrusy profile balanced with hints of salinity due to its coastal location. Distilled from wheat, barley and rye with very subtle peat, aged in ex-Bourbon, shochu and sherry barrels. Flavors of vanilla and pine nuts, lemon, toffee, cherry, oats and sea air.
