Angel's Envy Bourbon 100 ml

Created by the late Master Distiller Lincoln Henderson and now produced by Angel's Envy Distillery, Angel’s Envy is known for its distinctive finishing process. After aging as a traditional Kentucky straight bourbon, the whiskey undergoes an additional maturation in ruby port wine casks, a technique that softens the oak profile and adds layers of fruit-driven complexity.

The result is a polished, approachable bourbon with aromas of vanilla, maple syrup, ripe red fruit, and baking spice. On the palate, notes of caramel, toasted sugar, chocolate, and subtle berry unfold over a smooth, rounded texture. The port finishing lends a gentle sweetness and silky mouthfeel, leading to a long, mellow finish with hints of dried fruit and warm spice.
