A Mallorcan red built largely on native Callet, with small amounts of Mantonegro and Fogoneu, from Ànima Negra, one of the producers that helped bring the island back into focus.
It sits in a different register than most Mediterranean reds. Red plum, cherry, and a touch of darker fruit, with dried herbs, a little spice, and a faint earthy note. The tannins are present but not heavy, and the wine carries more on texture and subtlety than weight.
