Produced by Anne Pichon at Domaine le Murmurium near Mont Ventoux, this single-varietal Grenache (Vieilles Vignes) is organically farmed and made in a low-intervention style. Indigenous yeast fermentation in concrete followed by six months in the same creates a raw yet refined wine that balances concentration with freshness
Nose: Dark & red fruits—black cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant—plus spice, Provencal herbs, and violet
Palate: Rich, powerful, and supple; intense dark fruit is layered with cocoa, licorice, sweet chocolate, black pepper, cinnamon, and prune
Finish: Long and warm, with lingering spice, soft tannins, and herbal nuance.
ABV: ~15%
