A Premier Cru Chardonnay from Rully in Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise, produced by A. & P. de Villaine, the Bouzeron estate led by Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Sourced from the Rabourcé climat—one of Rully’s top sites—planted on clay-limestone soils with warm southern exposure, and vinified with restrained oak to preserve site expression.
Layered and precise, with notes of citrus, orchard fruit, and white flowers, supported by chalky minerality and a subtle toasted edge. The palate is both fleshy and energetic, with fine acidity and a long, saline finish that reflects the vineyard’s mineral structure and aging potential.
