“Resist” is a bright and balanced natural rosé created by Ashanta Wines using a co-ferment of Syrah and Carignan (and occasionally Mourvèdre). With 75% old-vine Carignan and 25% Syrah (2022 vintage), grapes are whole-cluster fermented for two weeks in open-top fermenters, then aged in neutral French oak for ~10 months. Zero additions, unfined, unfiltered, and zero sulfur—this wine is a true expression of California terroir and the zero‑zero natural wine ethos.
