A benchmark Cornas from the Clape family, long regarded as one of the most traditional and influential producers in the northern Rhône, working with old-vine Syrah on steep granite slopes.

Dark and structured, with blackberry, cassis, and black olive, alongside smoked meat, pepper, and a distinctly savory, mineral edge. It shows depth and intensity early, but the tannins are firm and built to age, with the wine opening slowly over time.
