Benjamin Leroux Côte de Nuits-Villages is a Pinot Noir from Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, crafted by one of the region’s most respected modern négociant-vignerons. Leroux sources fruit from carefully farmed parcels across the Côte de Nuits-Villages appellation, working with growers who emphasize low-intervention vineyard practices.
The wine is typically fermented with a portion of whole clusters and aged in French oak barrels, a modest percentage of which are new, allowing the character of the fruit and site to remain at the forefront.
Expect classic Côte de Nuits Pinot Noir aromatics—red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry—alongside subtle notes of spice, earth, and gentle oak. Medium-bodied with bright acidity and fine tannins, it finishes fresh and balanced, making it a versatile red for everything from roast chicken to mushroom dishes.
