Blanc de Lynch-Bages is the dry white wine from the famed Château Lynch-Bages estate in Bordeaux’s Pauillac area. Though Pauillac is best known for its red wines, the estate produces this small-production white from vineyards planted on gravel and limestone soils.
The wine is typically a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Muscadelle, fermented and aged partly in French oak barrels, which adds texture and subtle spice while preserving freshness.
Bright and aromatic, it shows notes of citrus, white peach, and tropical fruit, layered with hints of honeysuckle and light oak. Medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a polished finish, it pairs well with seafood, shellfish, and creamy poultry dishes.
