A French quinquina from Roussillon, based on red wine and mistelle, aromatized with quinine and a blend of botanicals. Aged in large oak casks, it develops a more integrated, oxidative profile compared to fresher aperitifs.
Rich and bittersweet, with notes of dark fruit, cocoa, baking spice, and orange peel, balanced by a firm quinine-driven bitterness. The palate is full and layered, with a long, gently bitter finish.
