An estate Chardonnay from Cambria’s Katherine’s Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley, one of the coolest AVAs in California, where ocean influence and wind help retain acidity and structure. Fermented and aged in a combination of French oak and stainless steel, with partial malolactic fermentation.
Layered and balanced, with notes of ripe apple, citrus, and tropical fruit alongside vanilla, baking spice, and a touch of toast. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with bright acidity and a clean, structured finish.
