A wine-based amaro from Piedmont, produced by Bosca and infused with cardoon (a relative of artichoke) and blessed thistle. Built on a Moscato base, it sits stylistically between vermouth and amaro, with softer bitterness and lower alcohol.
Herbal and gently sweet, with notes of dried herbs, tea, baking spice, and a light honeyed character. The palate is smooth and lightly bitter, with a soft, earthy finish.
