A classic Italian vermouth from Carpano, originally created in Turin, sitting somewhere between sweet vermouth and amaro.
Dark and aromatic, with cola, orange peel, and baking spice up front, followed by a firm, quinine-like bitterness that comes through more clearly than in most vermouths. There’s a caramel sweetness at the core, but it’s quickly checked by the bittering herbs, which gives it a more defined, slightly edgier profile.
