Champalou Vouvray Brut 750ml

A sparkling Vouvray from Didier and Catherine Champalou, longtime Chenin specialists working just outside Tours.

Clean and direct. Green apple, citrus, and a little quince, with Chenin’s natural acidity doing most of the work. There’s a light lees note in the background, but it stays more about freshness than richness.
