An organic white from the Haut-Var in Provence, built largely on Rolle from a family estate working inland, away from the more coastal, citrus-driven expressions of the region.

It shows a quieter, more settled profile. White peach, pear, and a touch of citrus, with a distinctly Provençal herbal note that reads more fennel and dried herbs than anything green. There’s a natural roundness to it, with a light waxy texture that carries through without feeling heavy.
