A tribute to Edinburgh and made with both demanding bartenders and malt whisky enthusiasts in mind. The higher proportion of single malt whiskies in this blend is inspired by 100-year-old recipes.
The whiskey is given 21st century style cask maturation in both first fill American oak barrels, French oak hybrid barrels and sherry butts resulting in a soft and fruity blend with spicy apple notes and toasty oaky flavors.
