Enigma 25 Year Blended Malt Whisky 700 ml

Some of the paperwork on this one may have been lost to time as not a lot of source distillery information is clear. Maturation took place in refill sherry butts, so it spent a lot of time in close quarters with some rich decadence. Nutty and crisp on the nose, this carries onto the palate along with dried fruit, melted chocolate, almond and stewed red fruit. The finish is sweet until slightly tart and dry on the very end with a hint of citrus.
