A playful yet thoughtful co-ferment from Oregon that blurs the line between white and rosé. Lightwave combines Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and a touch of skin contact, resulting in a hazy, amber-hued wine full of energy and texture. Aromas of stone fruit, citrus oil, and wildflowers lead into a juicy, lightly tannic palate with notes of peach skin, grapefruit, and spice. Unfined, unfiltered, and naturally fermented, it’s bright, zippy, and unmistakably Fossil & Fawn — a pure reflection of Oregon’s experimental spirit.
