Product Details

It was a decade ago that Scott Blackwell & Ann Marshall first opened the doors to their now-celebrated distillery, housed in a former paint contractor’s warehouse on Upper King Street in Charleston. Ten years on, these champions of low-country farmers and heirloom Jimmy Red Corn have harvested over 3 million pounds of South Carolina grains for their spirits, and they show no signs of slowing down.

To commemorate their 10th Anniversary, Scott and Ann released their first Bottled-in-Bond Jimmy Red Bourbon, made from corn grown on a single farm and harvested in 2018. Bottled in a bespoke stoneware crock, this special whiskey is a snapshot of time and place.

From the team at High Wire: “We decided to go one step further and develop this beautiful gift box highlighting Jimmy Red corn on each side and containing a booklet about the release and an “easter egg” of a special film about our work with Jimmy Red corn. This gift box is truly reflective of the last 10 years of perseverance, patience, and dedication to our craft. Cheers!”

ABV: 50%
