Founded in 1900 and based in Chassagne-Montrachet, Domaine Paul Pillot is a fourth-generation family estate now led by Thierry Pillot. While best known for its world-class white wines, the domaine also produces small amounts of Pinot Noir from select Premier Cru vineyards, crafted with the same focus on elegance, terroir expression, and minimal intervention.
