Classic is a blend of Trinidad 2009 and Mauritius 2014 and 2015, proud and fearless. A rum with a sophisticated and elegant nose, full of peaks of balsamic plants, spices and oriental dishes, dried fruit, hazelnut, tobacco, liquorice.

Extremely persistent, leaving no space for interpretation. To the mouth it is immediately penetrating and austere. We discover almonds, yeast, a hint of biscuits and powdered milk. Impossible to ignore.
