The barley is grown in Northern France and distilled in Charentes where it ages 3 years in American and French oak. Finally, it is finished an additional 6 months in Pineau de Charentes and Cognac barrels. This unique combination gives a nose of malty, sweet cereal with warm butter and ripe orchard fruit. In the glass, it's so smooth with orange creamsicle and sweet bourbon caramel. The red berries and dark plum leap out, ripe and intermingled with white pepper and a slight waft of sweet smoke.
