Meet your next Slovenian sip! The colour of this wine is golden yellow, cloudy. The bouquet is extremely complex. The wine combines the aromas of dried flowers, herbs and spices, mature and dried fruit and honey. A gentle, medium-bodied wine with just enough freshness. Highly mineral, harmonious and elegant.
No chemical product is used in the vineyards and in the cellar. Biodynamic compost and biodynamic preparants are used to increase the natural resistance of the plants. All the fermentations are spontaneous and all wines are unfined and unfiltered.
