Few white wines hold up to hard-to-pair vegetable flavors better than Grüner. This one is a classic, packed with racing minerality, white pepper and ripe orchard fruit. Made in the shared Buchegger-Mayr winery, these grapes see full-bunch pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at cool temperatures; the cuvée is aged on the lees in tank until February of the following year. A versatile player, which comes in a Liter bottle—great for passing ‘round the table.
