This bottling is a rosé pèt-nat from organically-farmed Pinot Noir vines on the Gönc estate. It's refreshing and fuss-free. Make sure you circulate the sediment at the bottom of the bottle to make the cloudiness permeate throughout the wine prior to opening! Tasting notes of crushed raspberries, rose petal, Big Red soda.
